GIDEON AMICHAY

Gideon Amichay is the founder & Chief Creative Officer of No, No, No, No, No, Yes. He is an international speaker about creativity, Instructor at School of Visual Arts NYC, a TEDx speaker and the author of No, No, No, No, No, Yes. He served as the president of the Direct Jury at the 2012 Cannes Lions Advertising Festival.

Over the years Amichay won top honors and awards from Cannes Lions (19 lions), One Show, Clio (9 Clio’s), ADC, Communication Arts, LIA (Grand LIA), New York Festivals (Grand Prix), the UN and Effie (over 20 Effie’s).

Amichay is the former Chief Creative Officer & Joint Managing Partner at Shalmor Avnon Amichay / Y&R Tel-Aviv, Israel (1994-2011.) He led the agency to be a market leader in creativity & innovation and one of the 3 largest in the country, winning Israel’s agency of the year 7 times. Shalmor Avnon Amichay was acquired by WPP's Y&R.


 

RONY SCHNEIDER

Rony served as a senior copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather for 11 years, and afterwards for another 12 years at Publicis Tel-Aviv and Leo Burnett Tel-Aviv, as a chief creative officer. During that time Publicis/Leo Burnett's cco was awarded with several international awards as well as local awards including two times with the Grand-Effie (2009, 2012).

Rony is an adjunct lecturer at the college of management academic studies and works along with no, no, no, no, no, yes since day one.


 

DAPHNA TSROR

Daphna is an account supervisor at No, No, No, No, No, Yes in Tel Aviv. In her previous position she was the brand and advertising manager of Holmes Place - Israel's largest international health and fitness chain. Before that she worked as an account executive at Shalmor Avnon Amichay/Y&R.

Daphna holds an MBA with a major in Marketing from IDC Herzliya.


 

GIL AVIYAM

Gil is part of No, No, No, No, No, Yes creative team. He started his advertising career at McCann Digital studio. Later on he was an art director and a creative director at Shalmor Avnon Amichay / Y&R, Israel for more than 5 years. Through the years, some of Gil’s works won major awards such as 2 Cannes lions, 6 Clio awards, grand prix at FAB and others.


 

ZEEV RAVID

Zeev is a Strategic Creative Director with a proven record of more than 20 years, in directing prominent projects of Marketing Communications, Brand Identity, Advertising & Design. Zeev have worked with several leading advertising agencies in Israel, running projects - from conception to launch, from strategy development, positioning and conceptual design to full implementation. Work included final design, creating visual brand language, developing brand book, production of ATL and BTL materials.


 

LIAT LAPUSHIN

Liat joined the establishing team of No, No, No, No, No, Yes and appointed the position of a graphic designer. Prior to No, No, No, No, No, Yes, liat had been working at Shalmor Avnon Amichay/y&r for over 16 years and managed the production studio. Liat has vast experience of over than 20 years in the advertising industry and various graphic design fields.

Liat holds a B.A. In social sciences from the open university, Tel-Aviv.

 


 

GALI SNIR

Gali is a graphic designer for more than 20 years. She is part of the No, No, No, No, No, Yes team since day one. She started her design career at Warshavsky Freilich Dover / GREY, Israel and later on moved to Shalmor Avnon Amichay/Y&R, Israel, where she used to work until she joined No, No, No, No, No, Yes.


 

YARON ITZHKOV

Yaron began his illustrious advertising career in 1988, and his 29 years of branding experience as an art director and creative director includes work at agencies Shalmor Avnon Amichay y&r, Gitam bbdo, Adler Chomski (grey Israel), and Yehoshua tbwa. Recognition for his work includes two cannes lions and over 50 advertising awards. In 2015, lürzer’s archive named Yaron as one of the top 200 advertising photographers in the world.

OURIEL FERENCZ

Ouriel joined the No, No, No, No, No, Yes creative team in 2018. He started his advertising career as a copywriter at Havas in France.  During 7 years, he worked for international accounts like Citroën and Transavia. His work was awarded with about 30 international awards including 8 Cannes lions, Clio, Eurobest, Lia and others.
